How many times do you stop and start an exercise routine? Do often do you ask yourself: am I eating the right foods, drinking enough water, drinking too many glasses of wine, getting enough hours of sleep? There is so much information in print and social media about optimizing your health that it becomes difficult to make sense of it all! This Healthworks session can help us to dispel the myths around exercise and diet and give us a few key points on how to best optimize our health given the limited time we have in schedules.
