Smith College Executive Education for Women and Barnard College's Athena Center co-present, Breaking the Gender Bias Habit, which will be held at Barnard College, June 13-14.

We are excited to launch this two-day program to help both men and women understand how to identify and combat bias on both an individual and organizational level. This program will be a hands-on deep dive into conscious and unconscious bias; participants will engage in a series of workshops and trainings to learn strategies to challenge and change bias-driven behaviors moving forward.

This program is designed for both male or female human resource, talent development, or diversity and inclusion professionals and managers who work with and/or supervise women. Participants are at the mid-career level and work in all industries.
