Asset owners, asset managers, media, regulators, boards, and other stakeholders, are demanding that we attract, recruit, develop, and promote an increasingly diverse workforce. While some are moved by the vision, others, regardless of role, are motivated by the demonstrated financial benefits of diversity in the corporate setting.
CFA Society Stamford, with help from CFA Institute, are pleased to present this event on how to create alpha through Diversity & Inclusion. The focus will be on best practices and techniques for unlocking value through human capital management, capital allocation, and strong governance. Successful and unsuccessful practices will all be on the table for discussion.
Our speakers represent different perspectives, from operations management and private equity investing, to HR and consulting. Each will draw on his or her experience implementing changes to move towards the goal of greater inclusion and value creation. Tom Collimore, CFA, who is co-leading the client-facing D&I initiative at CFA Institute, will help moderate and guide the discussion.
