Be Bold: How Women Influence Change

When the Dalai Lama said, “The world will be saved by the western woman,” he was acknowledging the growing power women have across the globe to influence change. Of course changing the business world doesn’t require women to become more like men. Rather it demands that women own and exercise what have long been regarded as their best leadership abilities – authenticity, connectedness and compassion – because those feminine leadership attributes improve business outcomes and influence change at work. BE BOLD inspires women in leadership to live more purposefully, speak more courageously and become more powerful catalysts for the change our work world so needs.

In this session you will:

  • Discover the biggest challenge women face in the workplace
  • Learn the 4 skills women must master to influence change
  • Understand why your flaws and failures are your greatest asset
  • Explore how to develop the courage to be a powerful catalyst
