Join us for an invaluable two part event digging into Mentorship. You will learn in Part One how to get the most of being a mentee, how to be a great mentor, and evaluating whether your organizational culture is inclusive and supportive of those relationships.
We are partnering up with Shavon Lindley of the Mentoring Method™, an award-winning career development and mentorship strategist for this two part event. Our series will conclude with a mentorship program leveraging a toolkit from the Mentoring Method™, a scalable leadership development and peer-mentoring technology solution for leading companies of all sizes that want to leverage diversity and inclusion to meet performance and business objectives.
Program participants also have the option to join a select group leveraging self-paced personal development curriculum providing tracking and accountability (1 hour per month in addition to remote monthly mentoring sessions) - at an additional cost.
If you are interested in joining our mentorship program as either a Mentee or Mentor, please register for Part Two on September 26th (7:30am-9:30am) to be considered for the six month program.
Executive Council attendees will be considered to join our mentorship program as a Mentor, and are expected to register for Part Two also.
