Join us for an invaluable opportunity to speak and potentially be paired up with a mentor for our six month mentoring program kickoff.
Following Meet Your Mentor Match speed networking, you are committing for the next six months to engage in a guided mentorship program, meeting once per month leveraging a toolkit of the Mentoring Method™, a scalable leadership development and peer-mentoring technology solution for leading companies of all sizes that want to leverage diversity and inclusion to meet performance and business objectives. Mentees must come to all sessions prepared.
We are thrilled to be partnering up with Shavon Lindley of the Mentoring Method™, an award-winning career development and mentorship strategist for this two part event and mentoring program we are launching in support of our members and community partners.
Please note: Part One (9/20) is open to our entire community. Part Two is open to Members Only and limited to 30 registrants at the Emerging, Achiever, and Innovator membership levels. You will be provided with all the support and resources needed to make this your success!
Attendees at the Executive Council level will be considered as a mentor for the six month mentoring program.
You will have the option to access ($100, additional 1 hour/month) self-paced leadership development technology that provides accountability and progress tracking. Details to follow.
