Building Confidence When Returning to the Workforce

In this Jam Session, Dara Goldberg aims to boost the confidence of women who are returning to work after a significant time away and position them to perform, lead, and succeed to their absolute maximum potential.

This session will touch on the myriad thought patterns and qualities that women often naturally possess, and which they have honed over their years both in and out of the workforce. It will be equal parts information-sharing, advice, and support.
