What better way to adapt to the change of seasons by getting together for a session on meditation and how it can support you in not only managing your life but also enriching it. Come to experience what meditation has to offer and how to begin and sustain a meaningful practice. There will also be time for networking and to enjoy some delectable treats
We’ll gather at 6:30 pm, begin the formal program at 6:45 pm and follow it with networking and nibbles. Wear comfortable clothing.
