Women are largely marginalized and excluded from equal contribution to the advancement of technology and our future. There is much attention to this subject, but little progress for diversity in tech. Studies have shown that there are great benefits to diversity and inclusion in such industries.

This issue has affected generations of women and minorities in the fields of tech and computer science, creating challenges to climbing the ladder in their prospective workplaces. When programs and companies focus on helping women and minorities succeed in these fields, great progress is made. But we still have a ways to go.

We at Ellevate want to highlight the bright female technologists, engineers, and sciences majors who serve as mentors, coaches and role models to others around them. Our panel will focus on women solutions architects, engineers, technology specialists, technology sales and solutions leaders - the wins, challenges, and opportunities.

Our speakers will delve into what it takes to succeed in the STEM fields and share their perspectives based on their journey.
