September Leadership Lunch: Assertiveness and Giving Feedback

Many people are uncomfortable giving feedback. Often, we are unsure of our comments will be received or if we can effectively deliver feedback in a fair and constructive manner. The result: we tend to avoid giving feedback or worse, we dilute it so that it isn’t helpful.

Problematic behaviors and situations can’t be fixed unless people are aware. September’s lunch will feature a guided discussion focused on how as women we can be effectively assertive and deliver feedback. And, we’ll discuss giving feedback not only as managers and mentors but also as peers and subordinates.

Our Leadership Lunches are open to Executive Council and Entrepreneur/Innovator level members. The Leadership Lunches are designed to give these members the opportunity to connect in a more intimate setting.
