In this workshop you'll learn, and experience, how Ayurvedic wisdom, mindfulness and coaching practices can bring you back to a new normal: feeling calm and positive in all situations. We will discuss:

- Ayurveda's understanding of anxiety.

- How to cultivate calmness in your day-to-day life (experiential)

You'll leave with practical tools to help you generate a calm, balanced emotional state day in, day out.
