Retreat with me, Dr. Chris Johnson, leadership coach and mindfulness teacher, for 2.5 days of empowering, nourishing, life-changing experiences.

My five-part Core Presence™ process is designed to stretch and challenge you while fully supporting your growth and self-care in the company of other committed women.

In the time we’ll spend together, you’ll learn how to wave goodbye to overwhelm and get off the work-life roller coaster so you can craft a successful path to creating a life you love.

  • Arrival — Wednesday, November 14
    • 4:00pm — Check-in at the Bella Vista Suites
      5:30pm — Opening Session
      7:00pm — Light Dinner Reception
  • Day 1 — Thursday, November 15
    • 8 :00am — Breakfast
      8:45am — Arriving & Sitting Practice
      9:00am — Session 1
      12:00pm — Lunch/Spa/Hike
      2:00pm — Session 2
      4:00pm — Nature Walk on the Lake Shore Path
      5:00pm — Day’s End Session
  • Day 2 — Friday, November 16
    • 8 :00am — Breakfast
