Sylvie Barthelemy is a certified professional coach (CPC), yoga and meditation teacher, and Ayurvedic educator, with over twenty years of experience. Her passion is to help women dealing with anxiety heal naturally, and become empowered in the process, as they learn to prioritize their well-being and remember who they really are amidst their busy life.
