** Due to the winter storm, this event has been rescheduled from its original date on Feb. 12, to Feb. 26 - we hope you'll still be able to join us! **
We had so much fun last year celebrating the Lunar New Year together, that we are hosting this family-style dumpling dinner party again! The Year of the Pig symbolizes generosity and joie de vivre, which are values aligned with our chapter spirit.
What to expect? It’s a full, hands-on, dinner experience. We start our evening by winding down from work over hors d’oeuvres that Chef Traci and the team at Succulent Catering have cooked up for us and wine from one of our featured female winemakers. Once the kitchen is prepped, Chef Traci will teach us how to make Chinese dumplings, which will be incorporated as part of our family style dinner!
Come for culture, cooking and camaraderie. Arrive hungry; leave nourished. And don’t forget your business cards!
Note: space is limited to 30 seats, so don’t wait to register!
Atrium Kitchen is located on the ground level of the Economy Building at First and Pike in the Pike Place Market. The entrance via Pike Market may be closed after 6pm. If so, please enter through 1st Ave via the 1433 1st Ave entrance a couple doors south of DeLaurenti’s.
