Deep down, it seems obvious that unless you take care of yourself, everything and everyone around you will suffer, since you can’t give your best when you aren’t feeling your best. The analogy that resonates with many DRIVEN clients is the oxygen mask on an airplane— there’s a reason why the flight attendant recommends that you fasten your own mask before assisting others.

Roland and his wife Galina have managed to reframe their brains to live healthful lifestyles, with a mission to share dozens of quick and easy ways that you can maintain and enhance your well-being, wherever you may find yourself on life’s path.
