Our implicit biases affect each decision we make, even when we think they don't. This session covers important factors about bias, gender, and decision making. Biases can create gender (and other) stereotypes and expectations that influence how people are hired, perceived, retained, treated, and promoted within any organization. This session helps us understand our gender and other biases and how they affect us and others. Using an applied problem-solving method, this session teaches specifically how to manage bias and be better decision makers.
