Women won the right to vote in 1920. Hear about the fight for the 19th Amendment, voting barriers that still faced many women, and programs in 2020 marking 100 years of this women’s equality milestone.

Panel #1: This panel will focus on women’s history, specifically key moments during the suffrage movement, other social justice movements that were happening at the same time, and the ways in which the 19th Amendment did and did not bring women the vote.
