As companies continue to commit to diversifying their workplaces and leaders better recognize the value of traditionally “female” leadership styles, emerging women leaders will have access to leadership opportunities that have not been available to previous generations. This is great news for women in the early stages of their careers. It also creates a lot of pressure to answer critical questions such as:
What is the right career path for me?
How do I talk to others about my career goals and interests?
How do I make my voice heard and build my overall influence early in my career?
How do I authentically promote my value so that others recognize my potential?
Who should I include in my professional network to ensure that I get the visibility and opportunities I deserve?
How do I avoid the pitfalls that undermine women’s success?
This monthly, virtual discussion group is designed to support emerging women leaders as you tackle these and other important career and leadership questions. In an interactive and confidential setting, you will have an opportunity to build relationships with other women, gain additional perspectives, and share your own questions and insights — all while learning new strategies and tools to help you grow your career and develop your leadership skills.
The Emerging Women Leaders Program is open to women professionals who are 35 and under. All industries and functional roles are welcome.
