Courageous conversations are the tough talks we often shy away from because they feel awkward (discussing finances), unkind (giving negative feedback), or unwelcome (raising issues about unconscious bias or even overt discrimination). As difficult as they may be, these discussions help us advance personally, professionally, and collectively. Courageous conversations are an essential tool in the power tool box of women from entry level employees to high level executives and managers. 

Join us for an empowering conversation that will help us identify how to provide feedback in the most effective way, how to accept feedback as a tool to propel ourselves and our organizations forward, and how to position ourselves and our teams to fulfill our potential by building genuine, trust-based relationships.

Our panel will share examples, strategies, and inspiration to help give and receive feedback, present your authentic self, build trust, and embrace courageous conversations. It’s time to reimagine and reshape the workplace for open, authentic, and valuable communication to get the productive results we want to see.
