Release Your Resistance

Resistance is our concealed “protective shield”— the barrier that keeps us from our greatest potential. It’s a silent force that is so sneaky, we don’t even realize when we’re resisting, no less why we resist. In addition to this internal, invisible regulator, we are often on the receiving end of resistance from others in the workplace and beyond.

The first step to releasing this roadblock and re-leasing your life is to become aware of how you respond when confronted with resistance from others. Next, you need to communicate with the intended impact when interacting with teams, friends and family. And finally, being open to possibilities, not closed in your thinking, is an essential part of your challenge to stretch beyond your comfort zone.

Deborah Naish, a game-changing business transformation coach and consultant will be DRIVEN’s guest during our May 2019 OfficeHours and will guide you through her custom-devised 3-step model to address resistance. By the end of this interactive session, instead of looking at resistance as a roadblock, you’ll see it as a gateway to growth! We hope you’ll join us. Simply register by following this link.
