LIVESTREAM: Paying More for Pink: The Unfair Cost to Women

It costs more to be a woman. Yeah, it’s absurd.

Women pay more than men 47% of the time for the same products and services. That adds up to an extra $1,351 a year that won’t go toward investments, education or passion projects. $1,351 dollars that women don’t get a say in spending.

This additional charge is called The Pink Tax, and it affects woman throughout their lives: from baby bottles to toys, from personal care products, clothes, dry cleaning, to canes. Yes, actual canes. On average, women pay 7% extra in price for everyday products and an extra 13% for services.

Join us VIRTUALLY for a much-needed conversation about The Pink Tax and what individuals and businesses can do to be a part of the movement to Ax the Pink Tax.
