In the next installation of our Inclusive Managers series, we'll explore the neurological habits you can hardwire into your leadership style to create an inclusive work environment.

We all agree that having an inclusive company culture where diverse ideas and contributions are valued is good for employees and good for business. But here’s the challenge: Our brains are hardwired to feel easily threatened. So unless every manager in your organization is actively including, they are likely to be accidentally excluding.
In this workshop, NeuroLeadership Institute-certified executive coach, culture strategist and award-winning communication specialist Jenn Farrer will teach us:
- The striking impact of inclusive managers on employees’ daily life and companies’ bottom lines
- Three principles about the brain, grounded in contemporary neuroscience, that lay the scientific groundwork for feelings of inclusion(or exclusion)
- Research-backed ways to begin creating a more inclusive work environment right now
This workshop will be full of take-aways and meaningful conversations with other Ellevate members and we hope you take full advantage of the impact this workshop can have. Jenn is going to introduce five domains of interpersonal needs at work. We encourage you to take this assessment from the NeuroLeadership Institute to get to know your own prior to the workshop!
