You’re doing it all-- you’re meaningfully contributing to your place of work. You’re maintaining and deepening your friendships and relationships. You’re making time to focus on your advancement in and out of the office. You’re doing it all… but you’re burning out in the process.
Burnout is the result of endless multitasking and constant connection. It’s that physical and emotional feeling of exhaustion that comes with hustling and high achievement and can really take the gas out of reaching our personal and professional ambitions. We think it’s so important to equip ourselves with the ability to delegate the personal and professional demands on our lives and keep burnout at bay.
That’s why Ellevate is teaming up with Emilie Aries-- Founder and CEO of Bossed Up and our resident burnout buster-- to bring you an enlightening workshop on the effective ways to avoid burnout. In this workshop we will learn about the ways burnout affects men and women differently, we’ll reflect on the culture of work and achievement, and tackle strategy to help sustain and maintain momentum.
You're doing it all. Burnout may seem inevitable, but this event will give you the tools to delegate the important parts of your life and ultimately avoid burnout.
