Join us for a cooking class with Chef Alyssa! Can you smell the yummy Seared NC Black Bass and Individual Chocolate Cloud now? After our meal, she'll share her experience in becoming an entrepreneur.

Join us for a hands on cooking class with a twist. We'll learn to prepare a savory dish and dessert by following along with Chef Alyssa.
Our main dish will be Seared NC Black Bass with Blistered Tomato Broth, Spinach and Yellow Squash. Dessert will be Individual Chocolate Cloud Cakes with Orange Scented Whipped Cream. The dessert is not Gluten Free. We can provide a substitute for anyone who is GF with advanced notice (email firstname.lastname@example.org with any allergy information).
Once we cook, we'll have the opportunity to eat what we made! While we dine Chef Alyssa will share her entrepreneurial journey.
The cost of the event includes the class, food and two glasses of wine!
