Whether you are new to mindfulness and meditation or seeking to revive your practice, this interactive mind-body practices workshop is for you. During the session we will explore the formal and informal practices of mindfulness, including gentle qigong movements and guided meditation. There will be time for questions and discussion.

Resources provided will include worksheets to help you structure your own mindfulness and meditation practice and track your activity.

Wear clothing that will be comfortable for gentle movement. 

Fee: $20 

Free parking is available in parking lots D and E.
