Whether you are overweight and tired of yo-yo dieting, binge eat, overeat, or want to be at peace in your relationship with food, this workshop will show you how you can ditch the diet, build healthy eating habits, and eat without guilt.

Join us to learn how you can use mindfulness and meditation to help you:

Focus on sustainable healthy eating habits rather than dieting;

Create a more flexible relationship with your weight and food; and,

Listen to and connect with your body so you can identify your personal needs when choosing what and how much to eat.

The skills developed in mindful eating to slow down and enjoy the eating experience, identify when you're hungry, and full, develop a greater awareness of your emotional cues, and be gentle with yourself throughout can extend into every other part of your life.
