We all experience our fair share of crises, challenges and difficulties. Why is it that some of us seem to remain calm in the face of significant challenge while others appear to fall apart? People who can keep their cool have what psychologists call resilience, or an ability to cope with problems and setbacks.
Resilience allows us to see beyond our problems, find enjoyment in life, manage stress—maybe even turn that problem into a growth opportunity. It’s one of the most important skills we can all learn, cultivate and nurture—until it becomes part of who we are.
For this final event in our Women Together Spring Series, we will explore practices for becoming more resilient and we will do it with the support of an amazing group of women.
Our guides in this daylong event are best-selling author and “spirit junkie” Gabby Bernstein; Wendy Palmer, founder of Leadership Embodiment; and movement and meditation teacher Kate Johnson. We will build connections with each other and practice the resilience-building techniques that will allow us to make changes in our lives going forward.
As we enjoy increased resilience, we will experience:
- improved learning
- better health
- less stress
- greater enjoyment of social situations and family activities
- a happier life!
We invite you to participate in this extraordinary event either online via our specially designed live-stream experience, or in person at the Eileen Fisher Learning Lab in Irvington, NY.
Let’s create the change we want to see in the world. Together.

Hi Mojdeh, this event is going to be an interactive live online event and, therefore, it won't be recorded at all. Apologies for any confusion!
