If you have ever felt like a fraud or have had feelings of self-doubt despite your many achievements then you may be suffering from Imposter Syndrome. You are in the company of many other high achievers who suffer from this feeling of inadequacy.
This highly interactive workshop will provide you with an overview of the psychological underpinnings of Imposter Syndrome and equip you with practical tools to managing it. You will have opportunities to practice the tools with supportive peers; you will leave with with a list of relevant resources and hopefully renewed sense of self.
May Kwong and Margot Radicati di Brozolo will lead this workshop, where you will learn to recognise and address your feelings of Imposter Syndrome, so that you can live your personal and professional life more fulfilled.
Hosted at newest location of the The Allbright Collective - Mayfair.
Proceeds for this event will be donated to Women for Women International - which supports marginalised women in countries affected by conflict and war.
