Whether you are new to meditation or seeking to revive your practice, this workshop is for you.

We will engage in guided meditation (non-religious) and gentle, flowing qigong movements. The gentle movements can be done sitting or standing.

Wear comfortable clothing. 

Parking across the street is free on weekends.
