You’ve made it in business, but how do you take what’s missing—a passion you’ve been harboring—and make it a reality? Or even identify that passion? This talk will give you the resources to take concrete steps to test run a career, build your resume or add a passion to your life. Volunteering is a tangible gateway.
In this Jam Session you’ll learn how to volunteer strategically to develop your personal interests and advance your career. Rebecca Arnold will share her story of going from being a top graphics artist working with A-list celebrities to launching two new, exciting careers through volunteering: international photography and life coaching for NGO’s around the world. Rebecca has been able to travel to East Africa, Haiti and Brazil photographing NGO’s like Nobel Peace Prize-winning Muhammad Yunus’s Grameen Foundation. She has also coached nonprofit founders and UN workers in the field.
