We can have the best advice, inspiration and strategies for confidence in our head but if we don’t project that feeling in our body, voice and energy we can undermine ourselves. This workshop will give you very simple, helpful tools to access your confidence on a physical and energetic level. And while it’s yoga-based, no Spandex, sweat or spirituality is needed. These are office-friendly practices that you can use before meetings, negotiations, or anytime you need to shake of anxiety and self-doubt.

You will learn:

  • simple, yet powerful moves that release stress in the body so you hold yourself with confidence
  • how to breathe in a way that removes anxiety out of your voice so you can speak with authority
  • and easy techniques that bring you into a state of super-focused calm.

Pam Reece is a NYC yoga teacher with over 15 years’ experience teaching some of the city’s busiest and most successful women in all areas from start-ups to corporations to philanthropy. Known for making yoga accessible and un-intimidating, she specializes in helping women destress and connect to their inner strength with yoga, meditation and breathing so they are able to have a greater impact in all their pursuits whether it’s work, family, or charity. I logged on to this Jam session yesterday a few minutes early, I waited 3 - 4 minutes (after the starting time) for the event to begin, and nothing happened. I hit the back button to try and rejoin the session, but I was unable to do so. Is there something I should be doing differently?
