This workshop will give you very simple, helpful tools to access your confidence on a physical and energetic level. And while it’s yoga-based, no Spandex, sweat or spirituality is needed. These are office-friendly practices that you can use before meetings, negotiations, or anytime you need to shake of anxiety and self-doubt.

- how to breathe in a way that removes anxiety out of your voice so you can speak with authority
