Businesses of the 21st Century rely on and can thrive on a team-driven structure at all levels of the organization. But what’s the secret sauce that enables teams to perform and thrive to their absolute highest potential? What enables them to fully capitalize on their skills, knowledge and natural talents, and thrive on rewarding relationships? It is the individual and shared mindsets of the team that makes all the difference.
Join us on this Jam Session with Dara Goldberg where you will learn what it takes for individual team members, and the team as a whole, to be their absolute best. Through this Jam Session, you will:
- Gain an understanding of the benefits of tending to the mindsets of teams.
- Learn about some of the essential team mindsets – curiosity, a ‘WE’ mentality, emotional agility, challenging assumptions and ‘worry thoughts’, etc. - and strategies to put them into practice.
- Understand the need to let go of thought patterns that don’t serve individuals and teams well.
- Be introduced to Ms. Goldberg’s ‘team-brain-building’ approach to helping teams cultivate essential mindsets.
Dara Goldberg, President of Mindsets Consulting, Inc., works with individuals and teams to ensure they perform and achieve to their maximum potential. She describes her work as lying squarely at the intersection of neuroscience and social psychology, and attributes her specialized focus on mindsets to empirical and science-backed evidence that our mindsets drive our choices and behaviors, how we manage our ego and vulnerabilities, and our capacity for great relationships. Ms. Goldberg offers workshops and guest speaking and writes for many top leadership blogs, including Ellevate.
