About the Speaker
Jill is a talent executive, entrepreneur and success coach with over 10 years of progressive experience across diverse industries. As Founder and Chief Coach of aspiredly, she empowers high-achieving women to calm their inner critic, trust their talents and live fiercely to their fullest potential. She specializes in enabling women to surpass self doubt and interrupt the pattern of Impostor Syndrome that holds them back from the life they really want.
As a Talent Leader, Jill currently serves as Vice President of Talent at PrecisionLender. Her prior experience includes corporate human resources and talent management roles at Rockwell Collins, Duke Energy and Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP. Jill has realized notable success in establishing overarching talent strategies, driving positive employee experience, using data to inform human capital decisions and developing effective leaders and teams to improve individual and organizational performance.
Her areas of expertise and interest include life and career coaching, equipping others to overcome burnout and the Impostor Syndrome, people strategy, talent management, employee engagement and retention, leadership development, succession and talent planning and establishing healthy and human organizational cultures.
