Rachel Tenenbaum is a Professional Certified Co-Active leadership and development coach (PCC, CPCC) whose practice combines evidence-based coaching philosophy and neuroscience. Rachel specializes in coaching leaders at Fortune 500 companies like Shell, Christie's, and Mako Robotics. She brings impeccable curiosity, sharp wit and keen business acumen to every engagement. She shines light into the shadows and uses what she uncovers to drive focused, actionable, and sustainable change.
Rachel’s life is driven by her ability to catalyze transformation for both individuals and corporations. Evolving from an impressive early career in luxury arts, Rachel began her leadership consulting firm, I Am Living, in 2015 with the mission - “wake up those ready to take control of their lives.” In addition to running her company, she is a group facilitator, speaker, and leadership development professional.
