I am Raksha, Founder and CEO of wisebitenutrition LLC. "At WiseBite Nutrition, our mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and delicious, nutrient-dense foods they need to make wise choices for their well-being. We are committed to creating a community that fosters holistic health through education, innovation, and exceptional products, all while promoting sustainability and ethical practices. Squads. I joined this platform as an executive member for > 4 years. What I love about this platform /organization is the wealth of diversified accomplished women! It is amazing to hear their stories via Squad and chapter meetings. I continue to expand my passion for continuous learning and skills via ellevate.

How would you define your professional mission?

In embarking on my journey from Corporate America to Entrepreneurship, I find myself at an exciting crossroads. The shift from structured office environments to the realm of startups and self-driven ventures is a leap into the unknown, but it's one I'm taking with fervor. As I define my professional mission, I'm driven by the desire to carve my own path, set my own rules, and align my work with my true passions. It's a thrilling transition that offers me the chance to build something meaningful, to contribute my vision to the entrepreneurial landscape, and to create a legacy that reflects my values and dreams. This transition is more than a career shift; it's a profound transformation that reflects my determination to shape my own destiny and make a positive impact on the world.

What qualities does it take for someone to be successful in your line of work?

Perseverance: The path to entrepreneurial success is rarely linear. The ability to keep going, even when the going gets tough, is invaluable. Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing your own emotions and those of others is important for building strong relationships.Resilience: Entrepreneurship is filled with ups and downs. Resilience is crucial for staying focused, overcoming setbacks, and persevering Adaptability: The business landscape can change rapidly. Being adaptable and open to pivoting when necessary is essential. Risk-Taking: Entrepreneurs often need to take calculated risks. A willingness to step out of your comfort zone and embrace uncertainty is important. Passion: A strong passion for your business idea will drive you through difficult times and inspire others to join your journey.through challenges. Self Motivation.

What project have you worked on that you’re most proud of? Why?

Empowering a young mother with aggressive breast cancer, going through chemotherapy. I supported her and the family with meal planning tools and nutrition guidance to ensure her nutrition status was maintained and she was well nourished during treatments. Post Chemo: She is cancer free and is "Living Nutritiously. Eating deliciously".

What legacy do you hope to leave through your work?

Through my work, I aspire to leave a legacy of positive impact and inspiration. I aim to empower individuals to reach their full potential, foster innovation, and contribute to a more inclusive, sustainable, and compassionate world. Ultimately, I hope my work serves as a catalyst for positive change, leaving a lasting imprint on the lives of those I touch and the broader community.

What is your morning ritual?

Check emails and plan for the day with a good cup of masala chai! I also listen to morning mediation music for one hour.

Instagram. I love cooking and have found great whole plant based recipes.

What does success look like to you?

success is a journey, not a destination, and it's marked by continuous growth, learning, and the joy of pursuing your dreams. Empower women to make health and wellness a priority # 1 for them! Start early in life!

"Don't stay in the comfort zone for a long time. It is ok to explore and work on new skills time to time".
