I am a project manager and strategic partner focusing on initiatives designed at revenue growth, cost reduction, client satisfaction and governance. When not working I can be usually be found reading or listening to podcasts (especially 1940s gumshoe radio shows).
Tell us about your favorite Ellevate Network memory or success story. Why are you a member?
My favorite memory is connecting with inspirational women at my first leadership luncheon.
How would you define your professional mission?
My mission is to make multi-million dollar impact through my creative, customized approaches. I am passionate about transformation – losing the gap from a business’s status quo to reach higher profitability and operational elegance.
What qualities does it take for someone to be successful in your line of work?
To be successful in my line of work means relishing that no two days will be alike and embracing a continuous learning and improvement mindset. I use those qualities to directly benefit my clients.
We’d love to hear more about your career path. What led you to where you are today?
Where I am today is a result of my varied background across projects of all types to directly benefits my clients. It is a culmination of experience, skills and honed instincts. I love what I do and the impact I deliver.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing the direct impact of my work.
What is it about your job that makes you feel it’s the right fit for you?
I am often creating tools, leading teams and navigating obstacles to improvement. It never gets boring and that fits my ever-curious mind.
What is your morning ritual?
My morning starts early - at 4:30 AM. My routine consists of 30 minutes of focused reading, 15 minutes of yoga and 5 minutes of motivational audio.
What would you say your personal superpower is?
My superpower is my unique ability to synthesize information and build frameworks. I am able to instinctively use my background, skills and extensive library to build a customized tools and approaches for any given client and problem
What is the best career advice you ever received?
Deliver more value than you cost and you will never lack a job.
