I am a passionate marketer and not afraid to dip in and out of careers. I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and Pilates instructor. I work in media production at the moment and build creative content with homegrown and international brands.
Tell us about your favorite Ellevate Network memory or success story. Why are you a member?
I am a member because the thought of being part of something bigger than me is inspiring. I feel that I can always reach out or just read about the progress of everyone or have coffee with the amazing members. My favorite memory is the roundtable discussions at the annual event.
How would you define your professional mission?
For me it is about happiness and feeling fulfilled.
What qualities does it take for someone to be successful in your line of work?
Being ahead of the trend and also understand your clients expectations.
What is one of your most memorable career accomplishments?
Winning two awards for YouTube content we created.
What are some career challenges on your radar?
Being efficient with the budget when you are dreaming big :)
What project have you worked on that you’re most proud of? Why?
All Google / YouTube case studies because they involved interviews with CEO's of companies and writing a story. Also LEVEL shoes community video.
We’d love to hear more about your career path. What led you to where you are today?
Long story but I always followed my gut feeling and left the right thing on paper to the job that made me happy. While people believe in the destination, I focus on the journey. From Corporate marketing in banking to personal training to media production. I have done it all.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Working with my team and knowing that they work for the boss not the company.
What legacy do you hope to leave through your work?
Legacy is not only emotional, it's also financial. I have managed to change the company from a photographic studio to a full fledge production house and I have friends as clients.
What is the best career advice you ever received?
If you don't finish the task at hand, no one cares how hard you've worked so always focus on finishing what you started.
