Introduce yourself to our audience. Tell us who you are and what you are currently focused on.

Hi, I'm Pichi Bellingrath McClure. I am a motivational speaker and life coach who specializes in adversity and challenges. I'm currently focused on giving speeches to parolees who have just gotten out of prison.

Tell us about your favorite Ellevate Network memory or success story. Why are you a member?

My favorite Ellevate Network memory is my first women's event learning about branding. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to share great ideas and connecting with other women. I took a lot away from the event that helped me with my own branding.

The reason I joined Ellevate is to learn and grown as a woman entrepreneur and to in turn share my knowledge with other women so they can empower themselves.

How would you define your professional mission?

My mission is to empower people through conquering their adversity so they may be the best version of themselves and lead their best life.

What qualities does it take for someone to be successful in your line of work?

There are two words to summarize the qualities necessary for someone to be successful in my line of work: true grit.

What project have you worked on that you’re most proud of? Why?

I am most proud of working with the American Red Cross following the Katrina Hurricane disaster. I was able to share in the effort to help people during desperate times to get back up onto their feet and adjust to a new normal.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is observing my clients grow to their full potential from my influence and their hard work.

What legacy do you hope to leave through your work?

The legacy I would like to leave is that by harnessing true grit, anyone can beat the odds.

Who are your role models?

My role models include: Benazir Bhutto, Prime Minister of Pakistan. Oprah Winfrey, American Executive Rene Brown, Professor Queen Elizabeth I George Patton, General Joan Of Arc, Saint Winston Churchill, Prime Minister Of England Mom, Dad, Teresa (governess), Joe (partner), and CoCo (Poodle In Charge)

What is your morning ritual?

Wake up at 5am. 5:15am, play with CoCo in bed 5:30am, yoga/meditate 5:45am, dress 6:00am, breakfast 6:30am, work out 7:30am, check emails 8:00am, begin work

Mary Kay stated in her biography, "Miracles Happen," that waking up at 5am gives you a 9-day work week.

What would you say your personal superpower is?

My Faith is my personal superpower. My faith in myself and my faith in the universe. I have complete trust and confidence that all will work out for the higher good even in the darkest of times.
