Introduce yourself to our audience. Tell us who you are and what you are currently focused on.

I’m the Founder and CEO of Caroline Sarah Ventures. A woman-owned company which provides International Business Development consulting and coaching services for professional & personal growth. Our goal is to develop International Business, Interpersonal Relationships and customized pathways to success.

I use my background as an International Sales Director & Business Executive for 15 years to consult and help companies increase their revenue through the development of effective Sales & Marketing strategies. Having worked across Europe and the US, I developed a deep understanding of business operations and in different cultures and apply this experience to help companies reach new markets. I use my multilinguistic skills (particularly fluency in French & Spanish) to assist companies with their international expansion plans.

The techniques from my certified trainings in behavioral science, leadership, positive psychology and cognitive behavioral coaching have enabled me to empower women in challenging circumstances. I specialize in leadership and mindset coaching to help individuals build their self-confidence and resilience skills.

Most recently, I developed a brand Caroline Sarah to collaborate with organizations particularly those providing support services to those suffering from eating disorders and domestic violence.

Tell us about your favorite Ellevate Network memory or success story. Why are you a member?

I had a really memorable time at a meetup in DC. To share ideas and collaborate with other like-minded female influencers.

How would you define your professional mission?

As a social enterprise, provide a specialized training center for women in challenging circumstances in their personal and professional lives. Provide hope, encouragement and customized programs with growth plans for women recovering from mental health issues particularly eating disorders and those seeking freedom from abusive relationships. Using proven success strategies help these women accomplish their dreams and life goals. Enable women to become influencers and business leaders in their communities. Continue to support companies and individuals performance through consulting, coaching & behavioral analysis.

What is one of your most memorable career accomplishments?

Being promoted in my second year of work, following graduation, to become a Manager of French subsidiary as the youngest employee. Then a few months after receiving a call from the CEO a few months later to ask me if I’d like to relocate to America to work on the Latin American business development. It wasn’t only this honoring request that left me in shock, it was also the fact I had to reply within 3 days if I would be willing to relocate. I said yes even though it wasn’t in my original career plan, I really grew through this experience.

What are some career challenges on your radar?

To launch my coach training academy and to continue expanding my knowledge in behavioral sciences to grow businesses.

What project have you worked on that you’re most proud of? Why?

A networking project that enabled me to meet presidents, prime ministers and to set up a series of events for Miss Universe Ireland 2019.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Adding value and helping clients develop self confidence and a clearer understanding of their identity through behavioral assessments and ultimately find their purpose in life.

What legacy do you hope to leave through your work?

To train female entrepreneurs and leaders to transform their lives, be overcomers and inspire others worldwide.

What is your morning ritual?

I practice self care by stating positive affirmations and reading a daily faith based message. I love to go for a walk in nature. On my way to the office I play praise and spanish music and then I sit down to a scone, parfait or oatmeal with fruit and a large cup of tea or coffee to kick start the day.

What does success look like to you?

Being confident in my own skin, having inner peace and nurturing business and personal relationships. Having the ability to live out my dream, work independently, remotely and to travel. Staying connected to my core values and close to my family.

What advice would you offer future leading ladies wishing to break into your industry?

Focus on your strengths and what you love doing most. Be genuine. The best person you can be is yourself.

What is the best career advice you ever received?

Ignore the naysayers, step out in faith, follow your gut feeling as anything is possible when you believe.
