Ericka Spradley Introduces Career Master Classes For Women
Ericka Spradley, Chief PowHer Officer/Founder of Confident Career Woman states:
"According to the LinkedIn article 5 Stats About Women In The Workforce That You Need To Know, 74% of women globally in junior or middle level manager level positions expressed aspirations of reaching senior leadership ranks within their organization. Unfortunately, the main challenge impeding their advancement is an opportunity to broaden their skillset. 29% stated despite having the abilities and potential required for advancement, they didn’t have the right opportunities to showcase them."
The ambition of women continues to prevail in spite of countless obstacles. However, Ericka recognizes there's an ongoing opportunity to offer relevant information that helps women overcome their career obstacles so they can experience the career success they desire.
"I'm beyond excited to launch my first Master Class on July 21st - Mastering The Invisible Rules. The conversations I have with clients across the country as well as the engagement I encounter via social media channels confirms women are stuck and frustrated although they're highly qualified and even more so capable of experiencing career mobility."
Consequently, Ericka hosts free monthly Career Master Classes to ensure women have information that positions them to achieve their goals and ultimately make PowHer Moves in their career.
