Caitlin Donovan Starts Own Podcast, Fried: the Ultimate Guide to Burnout

Caitlin Donovan has started her own podcast on the topic of burnout, inspired by her own challenges after an injury that kept her immobilized for months. 

After moving back to the US, I was excited to get my business moving again. As an acupuncturist, I needed to find space and start attracting patients. As a coach, I needed to network and meet new people who might be interested in my services. I organized our apartment, got us cars and insurance, packed the book shelves, and I was ready to start - when I ruptured my Achilles tendon after a kickboxing class on an early Tuesday morning.
I've never been halted before. This injury led me to surgery and kept me in bed for nearly 2 months, unable to put any pressure on my left foot. Determined to make lemonade out of lemons, I started a podcast based on my favorite topic: Burnout and stress management. I've recorded 35 episodes and released 14 and so far, the feedback and response has been beyond my expectations. It's my most favorite thing that I've ever put out into the world and I am so proud of it and grateful to my guests and my listeners.
