Joynicole Martinez’ work as an award-winning speaker passionate about training leaders and executives toward policies and behaviors that disrupt white supremacy and white nationalism is highlighted.
“I feel incredibly positive. There was a time when the conversation would not have happened, when we could not have talked about racism. So the fact that it is part of our everyday? That says a lot,” says Martinez, an award-winning speaker and trainer focused on change management, diversity, inclusion and equity for more than 20 years, who is leading the Power To Change Conversation October 21 for Take The Lead Women. The Conversation will equip participants with the tools, practices & language needed to disrupt white nationalism and racism.
Joynicole’s long history of working to close gaps in equity across gender, racial, and socioeconomic lines is highlighted by the non-profit Take The Lead Women, co-founded by Gloria Feldt and Amy Litzenberger, Take The Lead’s bold mission is nothing less than leadership gender parity by 2025.
