Jennefer Witter Earns Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University

Jennefer Witter, a long-time Ellevate member, completed classes on Fostering an Inclusive Environment, Improving Engagement, Counteracting Implicit Bias and Diversity and Inclusion at Work to earn the highlyprestigious Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University. 

Jennefer, who owns The Boreland Group, a PR agency that focuses on women-led and minority-owned companies, is also an active public speaker who has led seminars on implicit bias, workplace language between genders, traditional & virtual networking, personal branding and thought-leadership. She has presented at top venues as Columbia University, The Pentagon, The Brookings Institution, Bel Brands, American University, the Riveter, PA Conference for Women, Ellevate (of course!) and many more. Jennefer is a signed speaker with NSL Experience, where her focus is on implicit bias. 

"The time and financial investment it took to earn this certification was worth it," she noted. "Much of my independent learnings were validated and I learned a great deal more.
