Stephanie Lewis Joins Board of Mindfulness in Law Society

Stephanie Lewis is proud to join the Board of the Mindfulness in Law Society (MILS). This group promotes the well-being of lawyers through mindfulness and other contemplative practices.

The Mindfulness in Law Society was founded in 2018 for members of the legal community to help them navigate the stress and challenges affecting well-being that are endemic in the profession.  

Stephanie is a health & wellness coach and mindfulness instructor. In addition to coaching and guiding mindfulness meditations, she teaches Qigong, an ancient mindful movement practice, and mindful eating. She uses mindfulness and traditional coaching practices to busy professionals learn how to navigate and reduce the stress in their life with grace - for their own emotional and physical well-being and those around them.
