Sonya Smith-Valentine Selected for Panel on Mentorship for Women of Color
The Network of Executive Women – Carolinas Region invited our Sonya Smith-Valentine, CEO of Financially Fierce, to be a panelist for its Women of Color Mentorship event.
When it comes to cultivating mentorship relationships, women of color tend to face different issues and considerations to navigate. The panel discussed the issues that women of color face when finding mentorship relationships, how that impacts their careers and advice on how to navigate the process.
