Life After Corporate E-book Released!
In 2022, McKinsey and LeanIn.org published the "Women in the Workplace" report, which framed "The Great Breakup." Women were leaving corporate jobs in record numbers to start their own firms. Now, two years later, I'm witnessing "The Great Boomerang," where some of these same women are returning to corporate for the security of their regular salary.
Entrepreneurship is a long game, and it's not for everyone. In "Life After Corporate," I highlight the ups and downs of this journey and lay out a clear path to success for those who are committed to their purpose and willing to withstand the risks and uncertainties that entrepreneurship brings.
