Customers care about the social and environmental impact of the brands they purchase. Employees want to work for a company they believe in. Donations and employee volunteering no longer cut it as “doing good”.

As we prepare for a day full of discussions on how to create societal change, we will start by focusing on this idea: what is a company’s role and responsibility to the community they serve, their employees, and other stakeholders? How can we make doing good a part of a company’s DNA?
