Ashley Pincott is the Founder of Resilience in Motion. Ashley has a BA in Psychology from UBC and an MA in Organizational Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. Her Masters thesis was on the topic of Female Executive Leadership Resilience. The purpose of her study was to explore how female executive leaders conceptualize resilience in the context of their work lives, and to uncover similarities across strategies that these women use in order to be resilient in their leadership roles.
Ashley presented her findings at the 2015 WNORTH Conference in Whistler and has subsequently presented in front of audiences at the International Leadership Association Conference and H
