Do you struggle with the question "Who am I?" when it comes to your career? You are not alone. In fact, ¾ of women have experienced imposter syndrome at some point during their career and studies have shown that the more successful you are, the more likely you may feel like an imposter.

Join Lisa Kaplowitz for this session where she'll walk through 5 ways in which you can overcome that feeling that you do not belong, and become comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Lisa Kaplowitz is a finance executive turned educator and advocate. Now on her fourth career, she has been an investment banker, a CFO, a stay-at-home mom and (currently) a finance professor and Director of the Initiative for Women in Business at Rutgers Business School. Lisa is passionate about growing businesses, educating the next generation of talent and advancing women in the workplace.
