Women control the majority of personal wealth in the United States, own businesses that contribute $3 trillion annually to the economy and are due to inherit 70% of the $41 trillion in intergenerational wealth transfers in the next 40 years. Despite this collective financial influence, individually many women struggle to express their personal power at work; costing female professionals promotions, equal earnings and long-term job satisfaction. In this Jam Session, discover how you can embrace your power as a women advisor and how you can inspire your female colleagues and clients to do the same.
